We take the prized belly portion of the albacore tuna and pair it with jalapeño for a unique combination of rich, tender tuna and fresh pepper flavor.
Ventresca, also known as toro, is prized for its rich texture and naturally occurring oils. The addition of jalapeño gives this specialty tuna a bright, flavorful kick.
