Coho Salmon, like the Chinook, is a natural source of Omega-3 but where the Chinook is very mild and fattier coho is a leaner fish and has a great salmon flavor. Washington is known for is it's Salmon. Our Coho is hand packed raw and is only cooked once to preserve those natural juices and taste, and we add just a pinch of salt.
