Our Smoked Albacore starts with solid white albacore tuna and is prepared using our traditional smoking method with alder smoke and our own carefully developed brine.
The result is rich, savory smoked tuna with a deep Northwest character. It's excellent straight from the can, served on crackers, added to a seafood spread, or enjoyed anywhere you want a little more smoke and flavor.
