This is a seasonal item and isn't always in stock. So take the opportunity to get your hands on it when available. Sturgeon is filled with a rich robust flavor that we lock inside of each can. We slow smoke it with alder and pack it with a little olive oil. A treat for anyone who loves smoked fish.
